Avoid this translation provider. Unprofessional service and not up to standard. I sent them a HIGH QUALITY SCAN as 300DPI is required by authorizing bodies who will assess this translated document. Sydney Translations office provided me back with a translation document, with terrible quality copies of my identity card attached. I sent in multiple requests to get a high quality scan attachment, but excuses like we need to reprint, sign and rescan. & this is the best we can do, trying to ask me to get it accessed by ACS BEFORE i submit my application, which ACS does not do. They went past the deadline, and in the end I got fed up of waiting and asked to just give me that low quality document, as I have no choice anymore, due to deadline of application. As a translation office the least they can provide is high quality photos, they should be able to figure that out on their own. Paid 128$ for this, and not happy at all.
