Fill in your legal business name and an email address that you have access to and hit 'verify'.

Whether you receive a positive or negative review, it's important to respond and prove that you value your customers' experiences.

To respond to a review, click the three dots in the top right corner of the post and hit 'respond'.

Show them some love 😍 Thank the customer for their kind words and that you look forward to doing business again in the future!

Address the customer by name, apologise for not meeting their standards and thank them for voicing their concerns. Then, offer to discuss the matter further and provide your contact details.

Unfortunately, this is not how the world works. Reviews can only be submitted by paying customers of your business.

Even fake positive reviews can damage your reputation and will lose the trust of your clients and employees.

No sneaky business here! Business reviews and ratings are solely based on customer feedback and cannot be changed unless a review is deemed fake, false or unfair.

Instead, a five star rating is earned by giving your customers a beyond excellent experience!

If you believe that a review is fake, false or unfair, click the three dots in the top right corner of the post and hit 'challenge'. This will automatically flag the post 'under review' so we can start investigating.

If your business has changed hands, you can permanently disown your business page by following these quick and easy steps:

1. Log into the dashboard,

2. Click 'Business Plans' on the left hand menu

3. Click on the three dots next to the business you want to remove

4. Hit 'permanently disown'

If your business has stopped operations, hit up our friendly customer support team.

We will not be accepting 'too many negative reviews' as a reason to remove your business page. Your best call to action here is to address your customer feedback and see what's letting you down!
