Queens Creative Design

Queens Creative Design is a company that is lacking in professionalism in every aspect of business. I bought what was to be a simple 5 page booking website. In 8 months, they were unable to deliver a usable product that met all the terms in the contract. I have documentation that supports my review and will provide it on legitimate request. SALES REP:As far as I know, they only have one in this position, and he is (in my opinion) NOT trustworthy and lies. This just added to the frustration of trying to professionally deal with this group. Short review of Queens Creative Design: 1) They are untrustworthy, they stole all the funds paid to them and never delivered a completed website. 2) Queens will not honor their 100% money back guarantee. 3) I believe, that my site was sabotaged on twice. I can't prove it, because was done internally (as indicated by their employee), while my site was hosted on their servers. a. CC link removed from website booking page. b. 4 days, website displayed, a landing page saying the site had been suspended. 4) Phone call appointments, were No Show, or unprepared for the appointment. They wasted many hours of my time. 5) 2 attempted extortions, to make my site ADA compliant. 6) 6 months no SEO and Google analytics were installed. 7) Requested a conference call with design team, Sales Rep and myself. It took over a month to arrange. On the day of the call, I received a VM from my sales rep that the phone call wasn't going to happen.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This has been the worst experience I have had with a graphic designer. This company is a scam to say the least. I hired them to create a logo and results they were giving were not at all what I was looking for or what was representative on their website. I requested my money back in February and have received nothing but a run around …. I finally had to claim a fraud charge with my credit card company. I now will be blasting every site that will allow me to review and testify what a scam they are. PSA DON’T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!

Extremely satisfied, highly recommend working i had been looking for a good company with great design and development capabilities for my personal care startup. i came across website design genie and found them to be fantastic in both terms work and customer service. not only they did a spectacular job with a custom web for my business they also helped with my branding and social media accounts. AMAZING team and at very affordable prices. top value for money. extremely satisfied with their work highly recommended and my preferred choice for all future design and all needs.

Worst experience I ever had. Don’t trust this company. Look on a market for other companies that will offer you an affordable price and will not charge additional for services that you didn’t ask for.The money you pay do not worth the result. I was not satisfied with their services. During the project they started creating for me , they made a lot of typo mistakes. Also, besides the price you pay for the new website ,they will charge you for additional services and not sending you the invoices for that. Make sure you give a written consent or signature to be deducted from your account, otherwise you will see unauthorized deductions from your account.The project is not even live and they refuse to refund all the money you paid and the money they charged you with no consent. Their website looks very creative and informative to attract customers but be careful who you choose for website services.
