The final product did not meet our expectations and lacked key features that were promised during the initial consultation,The development team seemed inexperienced and lacked the necessary skills to deliver a high-quality product and the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful when we raised concerns about the quality of the software

I was extremely disappointed with Nitrosoft Technologies' software development services. The team was unresponsive and unprofessional, often missing deadlines and failing to deliver on promised features. The final product was riddled with bugs and errors, making it virtually unusable. Communication was poor and it felt like they were not invested in the success of the project. I would not recommend Nitrosoft Technologies to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality software development services.
