I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. This company is a scam; they refused to complete the task at hand that I hired them to do. They will lie to you, the staff refuses to do the work, and tries to add on charges. If you do decide to hire this company, all I can say is good luck because you will really need it. Although I had hired them, I would never have done so knowing what I know today. Save your time and money! The people who work for McZell; they speak English as a second language, they don't want to complete the job that I hired them to do: by completing my manuscripts, and the cycle continues when new management takes over as they claim. They will have no problem chasing you down when they think no one owes them money. All their documents, writings, and contracts will be conveniently lost, then they will have the nerve; like they asked me after two and a half years to provided them with my payment history. They retain no records and never answer the phone when you try to call them.
