STAY AWAY!!! Thiago Maior cannot be trusted. His team screwed up my whole AWS relationship by making errors which skyrocketed my bill from $1k to $10k monthly. And they did it on 2 different accounts! He refuses to take responsibility and pay for the mistakes his team did and is telling me that I have to pay for his staff's mistakes as if they were my employees! He took zero responsibility and then turned around and blamed me for their mistakes! I hired his company because they were supposed to be experts in Dev Ops. Instead I realized, they did not know much and made lots of errors! I am now going after him and his company and am warning all people to just STAY AWAY because EzOps is not easy...but very difficult and I know you will regret using them! STAY AWAY!!!
