Bookkeepers Two LLC

Do not trust this business or its owner Kimberly Group. Our small business used Bookkeepers Two, LLC for about 15 years for payroll services. Recently we realized the owner Kim had made a mistake and our state taxes were not being paid for the last 2 years. It was a problem but because the money was still sitting in the payroll account we figured it would be easily corrected. When we discovered the mistake and informed the owner Kim of the issue rather then help us correct the problem she said she was moving today and would get back to us when she got back online. That was over 6 months ago. A couple weeks later we discovered she had disabled our access to 15 years of our payroll records on the service portal she had provided us. We trusted this person for 15 years and she paid us back by completely abandoning our small business in our time of need and apparently locking us out of access to our payroll records. I can only assume she did these things to cover her tracks. Another business owner I know who uses this bookkeeper advised me she had done the same to them in the past. Take my advise and if your using this company look for a more trust worthy bookkeeper before she dose the same to you.
