Absolutely Appalling Experience – Avoid Bisham Consultancy and Neil Middleton at All Costs Neil billed us a staggering £180 per hour for 23.5 hours—amounting to £6,372.00. For that, all we received was a series of rudimentary Excel spreadsheets offering basic auditing data, the kind any competent in-house team could have easily generated. These were padded out with unnecessarily long and unproductive Zoom calls that went in circles and led nowhere. When we questioned Neil on the legitimacy and quality of these referrals after payment had been made, we were told that the relationship “wasn’t working” and that we should proceed without their help. In other words, once the invoice was paid, the consultancy washed their hands of any responsibility. Avoid Bisham Consultancy and Neil Middleton like the plague. They offer little more than empty promises and inflated invoices. We deeply regret engaging them and strongly urge others to steer well clear. Neil's attitude on our final phone calls showed his true colours. Avoid this crook.
