I need to learn how to onboard clients. I am sure of how to do a sales presentation. But I need some help on how to close a sale, and if I should have them sign contracts or no contracts. I own a laser clinic and have good knowledge of what needs to be marked and know the medspa service industry inside out. That is my upper hand in turning this into a million-dollar business within a year or less.
