The Opportunity:

Due to serious client demand for marketing automation, we’re on the hunt for a General Manager to lead King Midas. Our chosen GM will be responsible for the growth of King Midas throughout Australia.

The GM will be responsible for:

• Hiring new talent to join the team.
• Hitting revenue targets whilst maintaining reasonable profitability.
• Ensure we absolutely nail execution.
• Ensuring new business teams hit their monthly sales targets.
• Winning new business with the assistance of our agency group.
• Ensuring the account servicing team exceed monthly retention targets.
• Building a new team from the ground up. Don’t worry, help and guidance will be provided.
• Build a unified team that’s aligned with our core values and vision.

What we need from our ideal candidate:

• Digital agency experience is absolutely critical.
• Marketing automation & CRM experience is absolutely critical.
• Must have managed a team is some capacity.
• A personable, highly organised individual.
• Great client facing skills.
• Experience managing people and driving teams.
