What you'll be doing:

• Strategic planning, execution, and project management of successful holistic digital marketing campaigns with SEO as the foundation and integrated with SEM and Social.
• Working with the SEO Technical Team to audit clients' website and provide improvement recommendations and solutions.
• Work with Performance Media Execution Team for strategy, media planning, forecast and ongoing optimisations of performance campaigns across Google and Social Media platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, assess digital campaign trends, prepare and handle reporting/data analysis & identify growth opportunities.
• Be the account lead and consultant for multiple client campaigns. Ongoing project updates and presenting marketing reports!
• Manage multiple digital marketing platforms across SEO, SEM & Content Marketing.
• Account servicing for Enterprise level brands and corporations.
• Conducting campaign analysis, market research and competitor analysis for clients
• Identify, evaluate and take actions to improve campaigns' effectiveness, efficiency and quality of service
• Provide timely reporting, conference calls with clients to review campaign performance.
• Manage and develop client relationships
• Finding opportunities for renewals, upsell and cross sell with commission structure in place
• Working with our SEO Technical Team, SEO Content Team, PPC Team and Strategy Team to build a long-term successful campaign for our clients!

What we need:

• 1-2 years of agency experience in managing campaigns across multiple industries and market segments with SEO fundamental knowledge is a plus
• Good knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Search Console and popular research Tools such as AHREFS, SimilarWeb, SEMrush and many more!
• Client servicing role in prior career will be an added advantage
• Good writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Someone who values quality; you care about craftsmanship and take pride in their work.
• An experienced SEO & SEM Campaign Manager with SEO & PPC knowledge (AdWords, FB Business Manager & etc) is a plus.
• A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills.
• Able to work within tight deadlines
• A team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Data driven with strong business acumen and analytic skills
• Relationship builder and constantly strives to establish good relationship with internal and external partners for the benefit of the company
• Good project management skills with experience in resource planning and timeline management.
• Entry level candidates with similar relevant experience are welcomed to apply
