I'm needing help as I am currently Head of Sales and I am needing help with scaling the sales team at a SaaS company over here in Brisbane. Things I'm needing help with is tracking my metrics and making sure this can be replicable amongst other new sales members. Looking to make sure I do the right thing in the first 1-3 new hires in the sales team. Looking for a long term relationship - someone I can really work with for the next 2-3 years. I have self-driven and would like to see how far I can push myself before I take a pause in my career and start a family. I would like to give it a really good push.
