The Opportunity:

First Page is looking for an experienced Digital Content Team Lead who will lead our in-house digital content writers to deliver impactful and high-quality content. You will be joining a specialised performance digital agency that currently employs some of the best marketing minds globally. The collaboration and knowledge sharing between our talented team members are exceptional.

What you’ll be doing:

• Project managing content requests from internal and the clients
• Managing workload of in-house and freelance digital content writers
• Editing and proofing content to ensure high-quality delivery for websites, press releases, and blogs with a strong focus on SEO and ensuring SLA is hit
• Creating punchy ad copy for a variety of marketing campaigns.
• Developing content strategies to enhance some of Australia’s and the world’s largest brands.
• Collaborating with our global network of content-producing legends. Crazy knowledge sharing!

What we need:

• Someone who values quality; you care about craftsmanship and take pride in their work.
• Extensive content writing experience with SEO knowledge.
• Experience in leading and developing a team.
• Digital agency experience is ideal.
• Experience writing Google Ads & Facebook ad copy is ideal.
• A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills.
• Speed and able to hit deadlines that you set for yourself.
