With more than 10 years of consultative sales experience across 5 countries - Lars has driven in excess of USD 30M in revenues for companies across his diverse background in larger corporates, venture capital, & start ups.
Having established the enterprise digital strategist division of the agency in 2019, he quickly rose through the ranks to digital strategist lead in 2020 - leading the Hong Kong strategist team to a record setting year. He works with clients ranging from Cathay Pacific, EY to McLaren, some of the largest global pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, local real estate developers & more.
In January 2021 - Lars took up the role of General Manager where he now leads the Hong Kong arm of the First Page operation with a 60+ member team. He continuously strives to serve clients better and relentlessly focuses on internal system improvements, whilst maintaining strategic developments of the agency as a priority.
When Lars isn’t rolling out new initiatives, working with his team across campaigns or studying digital marketing channel developments, he enjoys aquascaping, blasting loud music and drinking Japanese whiskey (sometimes doing all 3 at the same time).
