NetShop ISP

I've not NOTICED any downtime with my website at Netshop isp hosting account. FFmpeg & video hosting: well at such cheap prices I get to host a video site through there pre-installed tools like ffmpeg and mencoder. (also they have all the technical expertize required to solve any issues concerning them). Great plans: i'm using there advanced plan, and its true value for money as it allows mutliple sites so that I can use the allocated space and bandwidth.

NetShop Isp recently did a complete upgrade to their systems (resulting in moving my site to new servers) and I had zero downtime. They handled the whole process in a very professional manner. I know there are other, cheaper hosts I could go to, but I'm sticking with these guys because of their superior customer support. Alex was able to instantly fix the problem, and then he also wrote me a beautifully explained email describing what had gone wrong for me, how the process works, and why things worked the way they do. That was well above-and-beyond anything expected.

I have to say that technical support has been phenomenal. The team at Netshop isp did the research and secured my scripts for me. They've also done troubleshooting, complete site transfers and even got my ffmpegx videos working through my scripts. They are unbelievable! The tech team has done more to help me than my own programmers. They didn't have to, but provided service beyond the sale. I can't say enough good things about them. You will not be disappointed!

I can express the point that NETSHOP is reliable ssd host. Is a little expensive in comparison with other hosting sellers, but it is very very difficult to find elsewere such a support service. For us this is the principal aggregate value. One of the best things from this host is really fast and very professional guaranteed 24/7 support. Recommended.

For years we were looking for cost effective web hosting where 'cost effective' did not mean 'cheap' in the perjorative sense of the word and where storage space and bandwidth was not sacrified on the alter of that 'cheapness'. We finally found this at NetShop Isp. We have been clients at them for 10 months now and and have no complaint with their service during that time. They have been pleasant to deal with and, in short, they have basically been everything our previous web hosting experiences have not. Thumbs up!

I've been with NetShop ISP hosting for 2 months now and love them! You get so much for your money and I've had nothing but excellent experiences with customer support. Overall, a very good host who looks on the fun side apart from what they do. If you have a one or two sites you may well have many years of happy service with this hosting provider, but if your site is for business look elsewhere.

Thanks for the info regarding the packages. Netshop isp all have been a great help to me today and I really appreciate everyone's hard work with this move. I'm still having a few glitches with some Joomla components on one of the other sites, but I will get them fixed soon as I can. It isn't as big of a worry as these two clients were. I will cancel my old host once I finish up my move and strip it down. Thank you very very much!!

Respect! There are a lot of webhosts in this price range, but what separates this web host is the tech support. The hosting services provided are above normal, including software provided, and personal customer support. Happy using netshop isp hosting services.
