It has a clause 'that times may vary'.Alexy Kojevnikov has signed a contract to deliver our app within 4 months, with this clause. It is coming on 10 months and he still holding our IP and development hostage.He keeps unilaterally extending the delivery,"completion by a certain date is also not in the scope of our contract." He refused visibility of work for 10 weeks,kept invoicing to the tune of $56000 fortnightly. When I refused to pay till I saw evidence of work, he charged 9% penalty, didn’t show work still and said he would stop work on the app till invoice was paid,and also move on to other projects.Had to get lawyer, an extra several $thousands, just to get him to do his job. Tried to send in auditors,he denied access and stated that till delivery and full payment was received he wasn't showing anyone anything. Whilst he kept moving the delivery date to his suitability. Without discussion. Repeatedly. So far he has coerced over $100k. No product to date.
